Pregnancy Massage

Our trained and compassionate therapists help the mother- to- be relax and relieve some of the tension and body aches that can accompany the expectant mother during pregnancy. Using pillows to bolster the mother in a face up position, or a side lying position for support and comfort, the therapist will apply Swedish massage strokes to relieve muscle tension and joint aches and impart a calming and relaxed time, just for Mom and Baby. Your therapist will also discuss any health concerns you have for you and the baby prior to your massage, and adjust your massage accordingly.
